I’ve both gained and lost weight on Huel, fairly easily. I use it as a sort of caloric and nutritional base to my day, and drink 2 Huels (1000kcals, 75g protein) every day. From there, my weight gain or loss depends on the extra calories I eat as snacks or for dinner. If I’m trying to lose weight, I eat fewer calories and focus my non-Huel diet on vegetables and proteins, and if I’m trying to gain weight, I eat lots of carbs and fats.

So in short, yes, you can definitely gain weight on Huel!

Design and other fun stuff. Planning to write a really good article on procrastination but keep putting it off. http://jaredhill.co
